Class Description:
Whimsical Zentangle: Our one-day workshop we will cover the basics of Zentangle and create a Zentangle mandala and a whimsical Zentangle animal. If time permits, we will create and start a Zentangle garden.
The Zentangle meditative drawing technique uses structured patterns to create abstract pieces of ink art and pieces of Zentangle inspired art. We will use graphite to add shading to our creations. You will leave with a sense of quieting your mind and allowing you to tap into your creative side. You will learn techniques to inspire your own Zentangle art at home.
